Delivery & Strike Schedule
Setup & Teardown Windows
Our team delivers and sets up during your booth setup window, and returns to strike (pack up and remove) equipment when the show floor closes.
Before you set your strike time: we check equipment back in with a person, not from an empty booth — it takes about two minutes and closes your order out clean. If nobody's there at strike, we can't confirm what came back with us, and we'll follow up with you directly to reconcile it before anything is ever charged. Naming a strike contact below is the easiest way to make sure nothing gets left behind.

Why orders after Oct 14 carry a last-minute rate
  • Show freight is booked and loaded by mid-October — late items ship on their own.
  • Late requests need a dedicated tech to pull, test, and place them outside the normal booth-by-booth setup pass.
  • Inventory is committed first-come; last-minute gear is sourced locally at short-notice pricing.
  • Orders close Sun Oct 25 at 8 AM ET — 24 hours before exhibitor move-in. Nothing new is added once move-in starts.
