Welcome to Signal Flow Systems (“Signal Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, software, voice systems, automations, or any related tools (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

Signal Flow Systems provides managed digital communication and automation services, including but not limited to call handling, lead capture, qualification, routing, workflow automation, analytics, and related consulting services.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, lead volume, or conversion rates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including call recording, consent, and privacy laws)

  • Maintain proper permissions for outbound or inbound communications

  • Use the Services for lawful business purposes only

You are solely responsible for how the Services are used within your business.

4. No Legal or Compliance Advice

Signal Flow Systems does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all local, state, federal, and international laws.

5. Payment & Billing

Fees, payment schedules, and service terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, designs, scripts, documentation, and materials provided by Signal Flow Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our systems without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages, updates, or third-party failures may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Flow Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Signal Flow Systems in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
