This is how we come prepared to Session 1 instead of spending your time on paperwork. It takes about 10–15 minutes and covers your business hours, your current phone system, what you want the agent to say, and what success looks like. The more detail, the faster we build.

One hour. We'll walk through the platform together, review your onboarding form, and set up the foundation for Session 2 (the build). Pick a time that works — you can cancel or reschedule anytime before 24hrs out.

Across two sessions, your AI agent is configured, your scripts are loaded, your CRM integration is connected, and your inbound and outbound campaigns are activated. We test it live before you leave Session 2.

Once your line is forwarded to your Signal Flow number, your system is live. We run a Signal Check — three live test calls at different times — to confirm everything works. Then at Day 30 we review the data together and fine-tune. This system gets better the longer it runs.

We've got you covered.
Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. We'll cover any gaps in Session 1. The form is designed to get us 80% there — we handle the last 20% live. What matters most: your business name, hours, phone number, and the top 3 types of calls you get.
We walk you through it in Session 2 — it takes about 5 minutes and requires no tech knowledge. Your existing business number stays exactly as it is. We set up a standard carrier call forward (same setting as forwarding to voicemail) so calls route through your new system. Your customers never notice anything changed.
Every call is recorded and available in your dashboard in real time. If we catch something in the first 30 days that needs to change, we fix it — same day. The system is built to learn from your business, and we tune it together at your Day 30 Proof Session. You're not locked into whatever we build in Session 2.
Call SFS directly at 775-GET-FLOW. During your first quarter, you have priority founder scheduling access — VIP ticket system, no support queue. If it's urgent, you'll be able to page him directly.
